- To meet customer needs, our Application Management Service solution offers a ticketing service where the user can communicate (via e-mail or web application) any technical difficulties you are experiencing with your BI and BA systems, such as loading a dashboard, viewing a report, or accessing an application.
- When opening the ticket, the Service Desk Manager assigns it a priority score and intervenes on two levels: the first level for preventive maintenance and the second level for corrective and adaptive maintenance.
- The standardized and recurring tickets, such as updating a password, can be taken care of by a bot which, in the case of more complex requests, will transfer the problem to the specialized team.
