We are currently looking for Consultants to join our team in Turin, Milan, Vicenza, or Rome.

We want to expand the team with colleagues who wish to develop their profession in an innovative company attentive to trends in the Data & Analytics, Business Analytics, and Data-Driven Solutions fields, working with more than 70 primary-tier clients in Italy and worldwide. The open position is for the Advanced Analytics area: a department composed of teams of specialists, which promotes excellence and Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models with various open technologies and market platforms.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Extraction of information that supports the decision-making process
  • Technical knowledge in the development of Advanced Analytics projects
  • Support for the creation of business and value in the context of Advanced Analytics and across the range of associated disciplines: Data Mining, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Cognitive Computing, AI, NLP, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, and/or similar
  • Experience of at least 1 year in designing AI models: Decision Trees, Scoring, Clustering, pattern discovery, trends, regressions, Deep learning
  • Business knowledge, quantitative-analytical method, and technological knowledge
  • Experience in Advanced Analytics on ecosystems and/or platforms including: Hadoop, Spark, R, Mahout, Impala, Python, Tensorflow, Knime, etc.
  • Preferential experience in Advanced Analytics with Dataiku or SAS
  • Knowledge and application of Data Science in various sectors and industries is appreciated: pharmaceutical, fashion-luxury, insurance, retail, etc.
  • Passion for data and analysis; from Data Architectures to Visualization passing through BI, Data Mining, Machine Learning, or Predictive Modeling
  • Storytelling, ability to communicate and present effectively to Business users, IT, Analysts, and Data Scientists
  • Innovative spirit with a balanced orientation toward the customer, business, and technology
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2)

  • Work location: we are looking for people in Milan, Turin, Vicenza, and Rome
  • RAL: from 25K to 35K
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Smart Working: 6 days in person per month
