FROM ORACLE OBSOLESCENCE TO AZURE SCALABILITY: HOW A MAJOR MEDIA GROUP SLASCHED COSTS BY 25%.

The project involves a leading Italian multimedia publishing Group, a major player in the print, radio, and digital sectors.

The client’s business operations demand highly time-sensitive management of information flows, essential for coordinating editorial planning and the monetization of advertising inventory. The legacy architecture previously in place was unable to sustain this pace, delaying data availability until the afternoon and severely limiting the effectiveness of Business Intelligence.

To overcome this technological constraint, we implemented a Cloud Data Platform on Microsoft Azure, ensuring access to updated data every morning by 8:00 AM.
