We are currently looking for a consultant to join our team in Turin, Milan, Vicenza, or Rome.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Work planning and coordination of teams composed of internal figures and external consultants, using their contribution to complete assigned projects, guaranteeing the expected times and costs in the agreed manners
- Design and implementation of Business Analytics solutions to understand, improve, and optimize customers’ business processes, proposing innovative solutions and leveraging new market technologies
- Leading digital transformation projects with a team of developers, always keeping in parallel the importance and responsibility of estimating solution costs, budget monitoring, and implementation of effective project governance.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
- +7 years of cross-industry experience in consulting firms or large international companies
- Experience in implementing large digital transformation and integration projects
- Experience in managing project teams from 5 to 10 people
- Analytical approach in project governance, expectation management, risk mitigation, problem solving, and implementation of agreed deliverables
- Ability to provide a clear and comprehensive project work plan and project status reporting
- Application/system/architectural experience in environments such as: Microsoft Azure and Power BI, SAP BI and SCP, SAS, GCP, AWS, Qlik
- Functional analysis and process re-engineering experience
- Management of assigned projects from the initiation phase to planning, execution, and closing
- Identification and formalization of objectives and all project requirements
- Work planning based on objectives
- Measurement of project progress (project metrics)
- Definition and control of necessary corrective actions to realign the project with objectives
- Quality control of partial products and compliance with adopted quality standards
- Risk identification and control (risk management)
- Management of communication and project status reporting/formalization
- Coordination activities for internal and external teams (supplier companies) establishing and following schedules and project plans
- Support for the introduction of new Business Intelligence, analytics, and discovery processes to facilitate the management of company data.
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1)
